Reception of scrap cars

A few things to consider in regard to the car documentation

1. If the car is not registered under your name, please bring the bill of sale or the deed of transfer with you.

2. If you are not the most recent owner in the car register, please bring a power of attorney signed by the owner of the car.

3. If you are uncertain who is the most recent owner of the car, you can use the vehicle identification number to check the information according to the instructions on the website of the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency (Traficom).
